Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your attendance at our workshop. Please take note of our cancellation policy below:

• If you are unable to attend and it is at least 4 days prior to the workshop, please email us at Kamilia@sassycraftz.com with the request. We will provide a full refund of your payment or issue a credit/voucher toward a future workshop.

• If you cancel within 4 days of the workshop, you will receive a credit/voucher toward a future workshop.

• Cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability Waiver:

By registering for any workshop, class, or event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that the workshop or event I am attending may involve certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to, the use of tools and equipment, handling of materials, and participation in activities that may result in injury or harm.

• Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Sassy Craftz LLC, its managers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any other people officially connected with the event from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the workshop or event.

• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sassy Craftz LLC, its managers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any other people officially connected with the event from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in connection with my participation in the workshop or event.

• Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Sassy Craftz LLC, its managers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any other people officially connected with the event to obtain medical treatment for me and to take any other necessary actions to ensure my health and safety.

• Photography and Publicity: I grant Sassy Craftz LLC the right to use any photographs or videos taken of me during the workshop or event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, newsletter, or other publicity.

• Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state], and any legal action arising out of or in connection with this waiver and release shall be brought in the courts of San Diego, CA.

I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions by registering for the workshop or event.
